Axisware provides English language support via email, phone, fax. Email is the preferred method and will generally get you quickest response as our specialists can handle more detailed questions and responses in a given time using email. Send email to email@example.com or fill in the form on the Technical Support page. When providing your email address, you must specify a valid email address that you will check for replies.
Axisware has product and quality control systems in place and every effort is made not to release or ship faulty product. This is the real world and when problems do arise, our steps for support are:
- Assist you in determining the root cause of the problem.
- If the problem is not with an Axisware product: Assist you in contacting the proper service with information on specifying the problem, in order to limit the time you have to spend repeating the initial problem report phase.
- If the problem is with an Axisware product, determine and attempt to fix as fast as possible.
- If the solution to a problem with an Axisware product proves to be unattainable or will take a considerable amount of time, assist you in developing a work-around for the problem.
- If this fails Axisware will refund the full amount paid less shipping fees, upon return of the product.
